At the United States Burger Service, you’ll find a menu that boasts not only mouthwatering burgers but also an array of pizzas and sandwiches to satisfy every craving. Made with a 100g smashed beef patty and adorned with creamy government cheese and their exclusive priority sauce, each bite bursts with flavor. For those looking to double down, the 2-Day burger effortlessly ups the ante with double the beef and cheese.
But it’s not all about the burgers. Their Insurance House Cut Fries are a perfect accompaniment at just $3.50, adding a crispy edge to your meal. Customers rave about the fries' freshness and perfect cook, making them a must-try alongside the burgers.
The ambiance here is relaxed and inviting, accented by a charming postal theme that really stands out. From the whimsical Bob's Burgers decorations to the unique order pickup system using lockers, the attention to detail is commendable. You’ll also appreciate the convenience of delivery and takeout options, plus ample on-site parking, making it easy to enjoy your meal wherever you like.
While some patrons have expressed a desire for more variety in toppings or combo options, the overall consensus is that the quality of the food and the delightful customer service make up for these minor quibbles. The use of fresh ingredients is evident, echoing the sentiments of Angelica G., who noted the burger's exceptional taste and the fries' perfect execution. Even for those who don’t eat meat, United States Burger Service offers delicious vegetarian options, catering to a diverse clientele.

“ Burger was solid, fries were good. Just wish they had more variety and things to add onto the burger, they say it's not needed but ... it is. It's overpriced for what you get but hey that's all of Miami right ”
“ I recently visited United States Burger Service at The Citadel, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their smash burger. The use of fresh ingredients was evident in every bite, from the freshly baked bread to the house-made cheese sauce and the perfectly cut fries. The burger and fries combo was undeniably delicious, offering a burst of flavors that left me craving for more. However, the portion size was a bit smaller than expected, and the prices were on the higher side. Despite these minor setbacks, the overall dining experience at United States Burger Service was delightful, and I would highly recommend it to any burger enthusiast looking for a quality meal in Miami. ”
“ I love this restaurant, I've been here a few times with my family and to my surprise, I haven't reviewed them. This restaurant is located in the Citadel a food hall in Miami.. their customer service is always great and their burgers are always on point. I love the fact that they offer alternatives for non- meat eaters. What makes this place even better is that they opened a taco shop as well, located in the same booth in the same food hall... not in the mood for a burger, order their Tajin Wings, they are so good! The food is always served with great temperature as very well presented. Overall great experience always! Will be back soon! ”
“ I came across this place as I was scrolling through an article on Yelp about the 12 best burgers. I was in Miami on vacation and thought, what are the chances there's one here. And lo and behold.... there was! First thing to note is that USBS has a little theme going about the post office and they do so well with it on their menu item names. Also, when you get to the place, they take down your number and when it's ready, you pick it up from one of the mail boxes with characters from Bobs burger. Right off the bat I appreciated their dedication to the details. Now, time to tell you about the food. I ordered the 2-Day burger with bacon. I personally love smash burgers for the primary reason that I can rest assured that the meat is well done. But it's not a tough well done where you're chewing for days; it's a thin, tender, greasy, and flavorful experience. Between the sauce and the cheese, I couldn't really separate their flavors, they sort of blended into one but it was good. Before adding the bacon, I asked if it made a difference because sometimes I feel like the taste of bacon gets lost in the sauce (pun intended) but their answer was yes. I would agree. It definitely made it more salty but also a tad bit more meaty. I had the bacon on its own just for a test taste and it was absolutely delicious. It was a bit oily but that's expected, it was crispy, and a lot salty in some parts but I'm not complaining, I love salt! I sort of wish it did have a bit more toppings like lettuce and tomato at least but I do understand it might take away from the original and necessary flavors of a cheeseburger. Apparently their buns are made in house which is pretty neat and it was good; fluffy, moist (not wet but it also wasn't dry like the cheap supermarket buns) and good flavor. USBS is inside a building where there's other good options so if someone isn't feeling a burger, there's always other things to try. It's a laid back environment, music not too loud, lights slightly dimmed, a vintage shop in the back. It does suck that parking isn't free but that seems to be a common theme in Miami. The service here was great. The person behind the counter was a good conversationalist and was able to answer any questions we had about the menu. He was also super patient in giving us all the time we needed to decide on something. 2 things I would propose is: 1. Have the option of adding toppings, even if it's the classics like lettuce and tomato 2. Have a combo option. Pay $2 more and get a portion of fries on the side. ”
“ This spot is an absolute MUST when you're visiting The Citadel. The level of creativity and uniqueness in their theming is truly remarkable. I couldn't help but smile at the Bob's Burger stickers and the ingenious order pickup system with lockers. Now, let's talk about the main event--the burgers. These burgers are the true stars of the show. They are, without a doubt, one of the BEST smash burgers you can find, and what's even better is the AMAZING price point. Flavor-packed and satisfying!! If you're in the area, this place is a culinary gem you simply can't miss. It's a burger paradise, and I can't wait to return for another round of deliciousness! ”
“ If you haven't tried a USBS burger, stop what you're doing and make a plan to go to the Citadel. They are among Miami's best burgers. I went on Friday and opted for the 2-Day which is a double smash patty with "government cheese". I also got fries with cheese sauce. This burger is simple but it is damn good. The fries are thick cut and golden to perfection as well. Although the menu items are simple, they are a cut above the rest bc their grinds, buns, and most other ingredients in their food are scratch made. Absolutely delish, and affordable as well. ”
